Our VP of Culinary and Catering oversees our general guidelines on food. Within those guidelines, we strive to offer a diverse set of seasonal choices every day to cater to a wide variety of tastes and dietary concerns among our lunchers.
Through tasting events, menu week testing (we have special weeks where kids can try out new meals and offer us feedback) on-site visits, surveys, emails and other means, we actively incorporate feedback from parents, schools, and most importantly, kids!
The menus are created months in advance and we offer 5-7 different options per day both hot and cold options. We also offer at least 1 vegetarian and 1 gluten-free option per day.
