What about field trips, holidays, half-days, and pizza days?

We do our best to synch up with the school and customize your menu to show you notifications from your school on days when you might not need a Smart Lunch, so you don’t accidentally order.

On holidays or vacation days, the day will be closed for ordering. If there is a field trip for certain grades, we'll add a reminder for those parents not to order on that particular day (we can't deliver on field trip days because they usually leave the school before our lunches arrive.) On class field trip days, we rely on parents to either not order or cancel the meal (remember, you need to make cancellations 2 business days in advance).
